What we walked into.
A top-five Indian bank's mobile trading app had been stitched together across five years and three product teams. Order entry took eleven taps, pre-trade checks ran serially, and conversion from 'place order' to completed trade was well below the category benchmark. The bank knew something was wrong but could not land on what.
What Safemode did.

Ran a two-week forensic on the whole order-entry flow. Session recordings, backend traces, heat maps, user interviews in three cities.

Rebuilt the order-entry flow to a three-tap primary path, with margin, limit and stop-loss exposed inline rather than behind modals.

Parallelised pre-trade risk, margin and KYC checks. What had been a 3.2-second serial block became a sub-second parallel fan-out.

Shipped an A/B rollout behind the bank's existing feature-flag system, with a security review running alongside rather than after.
What moved.
Time from 'tap buy' to completed order fell by 76%.
Conversion on the primary order-entry funnel rose 400% against the pre-launch baseline.
The security review closed with zero regressions flagged and two defensive fixes contributed back to the bank's core.
The rewritten flow is now the default for all new traders on the platform.
